Cliff was not my agent, but I wish he would have been. I went with a local agent to our community that others recommended and it was a constant nightmare. I consulted with Cliff on the side for how to deal with the lack of competence from the agents I was working with. He thoroughly went through the problems with me and came up with many different creative recommendations and how to work through different scenarios. My agents had 0 ideas and everything was a blocker throughout every step of the process. I would just bring up Cliff's ideas of couldn't we do X, Y, or Z? They would then agree and move forward with those ideas. Completely unfair to Cliff who was not the agent, but lessons learned on my end that next time I need to work Cliff who is an agent that is a problem solver and not one that views everything as a blocker.

Great experience. I just recently worked with Clifford to find my first house and had a great experience. Took the time to view a multitude of homes on one side of the valley to the complete other side. The time and effort he put into helping find the right house really made my first home experience less stressful with all the stuff I didn’t understand.
